-Managed the online presence and reputation of our Appolo pharmacy chain by creating listings is various websites such as Google My Business, Justdial, Magicpin, and many more.
- Added various photos, regularly updated timing details, product listings, and promotional offers to prevail accurate description about our business to locals.
-Reviewed customer feedback and based on suggestions added products to our inventory through our Google My Business account.
-Gathered info about daily web traffic and regularly answered various customer queries via Google listings and analytical tools of Google.
-Created and maintained a Google ad of our business to drive sales, recently added the service of home delivery to help customers get door-step delivery during this COVID crisis.
-Successfully implemented SEO tools to get a top hit on Google when any pharmacy-related keywords entailing Yamunanagar as the location are put into Google search such as "Pharmacy in Yamunanagar".

Key contributor in Initiation to closing phase for the project (The full lifecycle). That included landing the client, maintaining the client's website SEO, and even making multiple stylish graphic ads for their social media accounts using Adobe InDesign while monitoring web traffic and applying that knowledge to extract areas of improvement.
